Changeover Celebration

Let's celibrate the year passed and commit to the one coming.  Be prepared for an evening of fun and good food.  Please review the message below and follow the instruction in red.

Partners’ and friends welcome, on payment of the fee.  Cost is the same for all attending.

1. Beef Bourguignon

Beef, bacon, carrots, onions and mushrooms slow cooked in a rich red wine sauce and served with mashed potato & bread crisp.

OR

2. Chicken Roulade

Chicken breast filled with spinach, mushrooms and ricotta, wrapped in bacon and served with potato gratin and creamy white wine sauce.

DESSERT

Crème Brulee

Creamy French vanilla custard, crunchy top of burnt sugar with chocolate almond biscuit for dipping.
