DESCRIPTION:Leanne Hill from Workforce Australia will present Labour Market
  and Workforce challenges Leanne's role is funded by the Department of Emp
 loyment and Workplace Relations and the intent is to be a conduit for busi
 nesses\, community\, employment agencies and training organisations to ess
 entially find local solutions. Each region has a local jobs and skills tas
 kforce who help inform the priorities in the region. Leanne's Taskforce is
  made up of key stakeholders from across the region.  These Taskforce inf
 orm the key priorities\, which are outlined in a Local Jobs plan\, which i
 s regularly reviewed.  Leanne's region (Adelaide South)  encompasses 17 
 council areas from Prospect to KI. The presentationwill be around current 
 labour market\, potential solutions and different ideas around workforce c
 hallenges and some information about other avenues they may not have thoug
 ht of including particular incentives and subsidies they may be eligible f
 or. Leanne is an Unley local - and works closely with the team at the Coun
 cil.
